During the early access stage, we minimize data collection to what is strictly necessary:

Waitlist & Account Credentials: Your work email, name, organization name, and optional role information submitted via registration or onboarding forms.
Meeting & Scheduling Data: Booking metadata, name, email address, and meeting notes submitted through our scheduling interface powered by Cal.com.
Product Usage & Diagnostics: Telemetry, error logs, browser versions, operating systems, and anonymous interaction analytics to debug regressions and refine UI performance.
Feedback & Support Interactions: Information provided when submitting bug reports, joining feedback calls, or emailing our support team.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data exclusively for the following operational purposes:

To provision, authenticate, and manage your early access workspace.
To schedule walkthrough sessions and product onboarding calls.
To deliver critical security advisories, release updates, and changelogs.
To identify latency, edge cases, and unexpected runtime errors.

We will never sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or contact details to third-party data brokers or advertising platforms.
