Status: Early Access / Pre-Release

1. Acceptance of Terms & Early Access

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Anor ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering for our waitlist, accessing our pre-release environments, booking walkthrough calls, or using any associated services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pre-Release Status:Anor is currently in private early access / beta. Services, interfaces, APIs, and data models are under active development and may be modified, restarted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Early Access License & Workspace Use

Subject to these Terms, Anor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and test our platform solely for internal evaluation purposes during the early access period.

  • Account Access: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and workspace sessions.
  • Pre-Production Caution: You agree not to rely on Anor as a sole production data repository during early access.
  • Modification of Services: We reserve the right to alter limits, quotas, and feature availability throughout the testing phase.

3. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to misuse or attempt to compromise Anor services. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying source code or private APIs of Anor.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Transmit malicious payloads, automated scraping scripts, or overburden our edge routing and serverless compute.
  • Use early access to benchmark or clone proprietary features for competitive commercial products.

4. Intellectual Property & Product Feedback

Our Rights: All software, designs, trademarks, interfaces, and branding assets associated with Anor remain the exclusive property of Anor.

Your Feedback: We actively solicit feedback, bug reports, and enhancement ideas during early access. By sharing feedback, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate your suggestions into the product without obligation or compensation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Availability

THE EARLY ACCESS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED SYSTEM AVAILABILITY.

While we strive for operational resilience, we do not guarantee zero downtime, error-free execution, or complete persistence of non-production test data.

6. Limitation of Liability & Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from early access platform interruptions, loss of test data, or service downtime.
